Yoga Classes at the Den
2-4 Year Old Mommy & Me Class
All classes for our Yoga Den Junior Yogis are 30 minutes in length. Each class follows an imaginative theme allowing the children to contribute to the story. We incorporate traditional yoga poses with fun games and music to create the perfect non-competitive physical exercise. We encourage and promote the use of their imagination and at the same time continue to develop self-esteem, improve concentration and general well-being, increase flexibility and relax their minds. Parent participation creates a perfect binding experience with a parent or caregiver.
4-6 Year Old Kids Class
All classes for our Yoga Den Junior Yogis are 30 minutes in length. Each class follows an imaginative theme allowing the children to contribute to the story. We incorporate traditional yoga poses with fun games and music to create the perfect non-competitive physical exercise. We encourage and promote the use of their imagination and at the same time continue to develop self-esteem, improve concentration and general well-being, increase flexibility and relax their minds. This class is held without parent participation. The theme runs a little more in-depth and introduces peer partner poses
Arm Balances & Inversions Workshop
Let’s play! Learn the basic techniques and FUNdamentals to arm balances and inversions with Michelle Bucci and Kate Goodyear. We will start with poses like crow, side crow and headstand and work our way up in intensity. Some yoga experience preferred.
Deep Alignment Slow Flow Yoga
Ever have questions during classes about alignment in poses? Or been thinking about trying yoga, but have had doubt about coming to class? Then this 60 minute Beginners/Intermediate Slow Flow is fit for you! Learn MODIFICATIONS and the USE OF PROPS TO ASSIST YOU and give you confidence when attending general studio classes!
Hot Power Hour
Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing asana practice in a heated room in which your breath is linked with your movements. This 60 minute class in a peaceful environment will leave you sweaty and super strengthened but with a clear and calm mind empowering you to take on life in this manner as well.
Hot Power Yoga 75
Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing asana practice in a heated room in which your breath is linked with your movements. This 75 minute class in a peaceful environment will leave you sweaty and super strengthened with a clear and calm mind, empowering you to take on life in this manner as well.
Run & Flow
Please join us for a 30 minute RUN followed by a 30 minute HOT POWER FLOW! Get your cardio going running outdoors in this beautiful weather followed by a restorative hot yoga practice at The Den!
Warm Beginners Yoga
Warm Beginners Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing asana practice in a slightly heated room in which your breath is linked with your movements. This 75 minute class in a peaceful environment will leave you sweaty and strengthened with a clear and calm mind, paying close attention to proper alignment and your breath.
Hot Power Yoga – Weight Infused:
Weight, in the form of dumbbells, is added to a specifically designed heated power vinyása flow creating resistance and intensifying each pose. This class will compliment your regular workouts while boosting metabolism; building lean muscle mass and increasing your flexibility. It is recommended that you take At least three heated yoga classes before taking this one.
