Ballet Barre Cardio Burn
Our creative Cardio Burn format is a fun, energetic group fitness experience, which fuses exercise techniques from the worlds of Pilates, Classic Ballet, Cardio-Sculpting Moves and Yoga. These methods of exercise target the muscles that play the greatest role in body change, then keeps these muscles working intensely and safely long enough for them to change. It then intensely stretches each muscle worked to make it look & feel longer & more graceful. It is a fast-paced form of interval training that maximizes caloric burn during & after every class. This class will make you energized; it will increase your stamina, and transform your body to one of balance and strength as well as increase your posture.
Achieve a dancer’s long lean body with strong legs and a tight core while gaining upper body strength and lifting your seat. Our format gives students slimmer, leaner bodies after a few months of regular attendance.
