Kettlebell Classes at the Den
KettleBell Classes In our group fitness classes you will learn and practice all of the basic kettlebell movements and strength techniques to build up your conditioning and strengthen your muscles by using your own body weight. A kettlebell is the most effective tool for loosing those unwanted pounds and toning your body. Shaped like a cannon ball with a handle, these instruments have been used by the Russians for over 300 years.
Integrated Strength:
A class that fuses elements of meditation and vinyasa flow yoga, with kettlebell and body-weight strength training. Integrated Strength provides a dynamic, movement-based practice that will cultivate a mind/body connection, build body-awareness, as well as improve strength and mobility. Strength creates the necessary foundation for better flexibility, mobility and really just better quality of life. The class will challenge you to move mindfully, intensely and gracefully. A truly one of a kind offering.
