Our creative Cardio Burn format is a fun, energetic group fitness experience, which fuses exercise techniques from the worlds of Pilates, Classic Ballet, Cardio-Sculpting Moves and Yoga. It then intensely stretches each muscle worked to make it look & feel longer & more graceful. It is a fast-paced form of interval training that maximizes caloric burn during & after every class.
